Pavelcomm is a Portland based woman owned business which is also family operated in Oregon and SW Washington. While we service customers all over the USA, as well as some international clients, our focus is the Oregon –SW Washington area. We opened our doors in 1985 and built our business with the mission that exceptional customer service is our number #1 goal. This and our relationship with our clients is the foundation of our success.

As a Mitel exclusive business partner, we offer enhanced value thru a variety of programs, some of which are exclusive. We do not extend cookie-cutter recommendations as the key to solving unique business challenges lies in our ability to recommend a wide variety of softwares and services to meet client needs.
Additionally, we take our responsibility to the environment very seriously. We talk the talk and walk the walk in what we do at work and at home to ensure this world will be around for our future generations to enjoy. Examples include; office and technology recycling, work from home program, energy conservation, carbon offset program and use of BIO Diesel when possible.
Pavelcomm is very active in the local community. We have a large non-profit client base and in turn work hard to help ensure the success of those that we support. While there are too many to list; Bridge Meadows, Oregon College of Art and Craft, Doernbecher, Trillium Family Services, Friends of the Children and Chess for Success name a sampling. We are proud that our success has enabled us to consistently give back to our community.
